I’m Aimee Rickabus—a mother of six, a business owner, and the voice behind The Manage Her™.
As my family grew, so did my responsibilities—and with them, my capacity to manage more. I found myself leading everywhere: from business meetings to homeschooling lessons, managing teams and timelines, emotions and energy. The more I carried, the more I realized that what I was doing wasn’t just multitasking—it was leadership.
But no one was calling it that.
The Manage Her™ was created to change that. It’s a movement to turn the invisible labor women do every day into something visible, valuable, and shared. Through my book, podcast, and platform, I’m helping women recognize that the way they manage their homes, their teams, and their lives is leadership—and it’s time we started treating it that way.
Just because we can do it all doesn’t mean we should. This work deserves to be respected, supported, and seen.
