My Story

I didn't set out to start a movement. I set out to understand why the hardest job I'd ever done had no title.

I'm Aimee Rickabus. And if you've ever whispered "Do I really have what it takes?" while simultaneously running a household, managing a career, coaching your kids through heartbreak, and somehow remembering that tomorrow is picture day — you're in the right place.

I've spent my career building and leading a nine-figure technology company — serving Fortune 500 brands with cybersecurity, software solutions, and data innovation. The kind of work that fills a résumé with impressive bullet points.

But the work that actually made me the leader I am? That happened at 6 a.m. over cereal bowls. It happened in carpool lines, on baseball bleachers, during bedtime negotiations, and in the quiet moments after the house finally went still.

I started this because I was tired of women being told they should be grateful — instead of being recognized for what they actually do.

One day, I looked at the skills I was using every single day — crisis management, emotional intelligence, budget strategy, team coaching, conflict resolution, creative problem-solving — and I realized something that changed everything:

These aren't "soft skills." These are executive-level leadership capabilities. And women have been practicing them their entire lives — without the title, the salary, or the recognition.

That realization became a book. The book became a podcast. The podcast became a community. And the community became The Manage Her™ — a leadership movement by women, for women, rooted in real life.

The Why

The Invisible Labor of Women Is the Operating System of Society

One day, I decided the skills I used to run my home — planning, coaching, strategy, crisis management — weren't optional. They were assets.

It deserves recognition.

It deserves respect.

It deserves a promotion.

Language That Affirms

Words that validate the leadership you already practice every single day — at the table, at the office, at the school pickup line.

Tools Without Burnout

Practical frameworks to help you lead powerfully without losing yourself in the process.

Community That Sees You

A space that reminds you that you're not doing this alone — and you never have to.

Whole-Woman Growth

Guidance for your spiritual, emotional, physical, and professional evolution — because you are all of these things at once.

This isn't a brand. This is a leadership revolution — by women, for women, rooted in real life.

The Work

From nine-figure boardrooms to the ballfield bleachers

I run Dream Life Media and the book + podcast ecosystem known as The Manage Her™. I also lead a nine-figure technology company serving Fortune 500 businesses with cybersecurity, software solutions, and data innovation at global scale.

Yes — I am the woman who helps close a multi-million-dollar deal... then heads straight to the ballfield to coach confidence from the sidelines.

If you've ever shifted from a leadership meeting into teaching your child how to be a leader... you're home here.

My mission is simple: help women lead fully — at home and in the world — without sacrificing joy, self-love, or sanity.

When life changes the playbook, women don't crumble. They adapt. They lead.

Resourcefulness

Stretching time, energy, and budget — because women have always made more from less.

Real Leadership

Women hold the world together. We deserve leadership models that honor how we actually live.
